Otima localização!

Pontos positivos: Otima localização, perto de restaurantes e comercio. Apartamento tinha varios utensilios na cozinha, roupa de cama e toalhas boas. Se pratica kite surf tem uma infraestrutura para guardar equipamentos.

Pontos positivos: Localização excelente, perto de bares, restaurantes e barracas de praia. O local tem uma limpeza excepcional e com vários utensílios, o que facilita as atividades do dia a dia.

Pontos negativos: Na madrugada do último dia faltou energia e água na vila, porém faltou em todo lugar

An apartment that looks just like advertised

Pontos positivos: The apartment was a perfect size for 2 persons for 2 weeks. Absolutely fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, and more. Comfortable bed and nice with tv in both the bedroom and livingroom. Parking straight under the apartment and easy access to the beach and closeness to town. The apartment looks fresh like on the photos and you will not be disappointed. A safe place to live. The owner is also super nice and easy to communicate with.

Pontos negativos: The minuses with the apartment is out of the owners control. Bring earplugs and patience. The apartment is at the side towards the town and there's loud music from different bars and houses every night in November and that keeps playing until 4-5 in the morning on the weekends. Most of the apartments are rented out for AirBnB so there's new neighbours all the time and the consideration for other people is gone. Especially on the weekends when all the apartments are full. We got used to the noise by keeping the doors closed instead and having the AC on 27 degrees to sleep. In the weekends it's also crazy full on the water with kiters. We only had 2 days with hot water in the shower as the heater for the condominium broke. As it's warm Ceará it's ok, but it was missed in the evenings. You can not have anyone visiting you but there's plenty of people using the facilities in the daytime that don't live there as they're entering from the beach. So take care of your sports equipment.

Pontos negativos: When my boyfriend was checking out I was sitting on the terras on the apartment complex finishing an email. The receptionist stated in a rude manner that we immediately had to leave and couldn’t stay 1 min more. We had a great stay but this was a weird ending.

Pontos positivos: Excelente localização, apartamento aconchegante e limpo.

Pontos positivos: War echt alles super. Sehr nah am Strand und Restaurant und Supermarkt. Perfekt zum kiten.

Pontos positivos: La ubicación orillas del mar excelente Ambiente familiar 1ro cama 2do TV en dormitorio y muy limpio

Pontos negativos: Por error del personal estuvimos en dos Dpto. 1ero poco aseado 2do. cama deja que desear y ruidoso. Alojamiento sin wifi

Pontos positivos: Apartamento tudo excelente!! O local é limpo, localização top perto do centro do Cumbuco que da pra ir caminhando e conta com ótima infraestrutura, incluindo vários utensílios de cozinha.
